Wicked Walnuts Yogurt Parfait

6 oz. nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup banana slices
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup wicked walnuts


Layer oats, yogurt, blueberries, bananas & Wicked Walnuts in a Bowl.


Blueberries are a great source of  vitamin  C & fiber
Walnuts contain omega 6 & omega 3 essential fatty acids, protein & fiber
Greek yogurt is filled with probiotics, protein & calcium
Oats are a great source of soluble fiber.
