1 bunch fresh Baby Spinach
1 cup sliced fresh Strawberries
1/2 cup crumbled Feta
1/2 cup Wicked Walnuts
6 Asparagus pieces, grilled
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Honey
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Salt and ground Black Pepper to taste
Place spinach and grilled asparagus on salad plates.
Top with strawberries, feta, and Wicked Walnuts.
Whisk the balsamic vinegar and honey together; slowly whisk olive oil into the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Serves 2
