1 -1/2 cups flour
10 T butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped Wicked Walnuts (4oz bag)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat flour, butter, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla until combined. Dough will be crumbly. Mix in chopped Wicked Walnuts.
Gather dough into a disc and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325°. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll out dough to a 10-inch square, about 1/4-inch thick. Using a sharp knife, cut dough into 2-inch squares. and carefully transfer to baking sheets. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool slightly and transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar, cinnamon and 1T water. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
